Subject: Progress of brick works on Level-6 of the “Nipobon Nakshatra” project.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, we hereby share the following information regarding the brick works currently in progress at Level-6:
1. Work in Progress
Brick masonry works on Level-6 are ongoing as per the approved architectural and structural drawings. Work includes partition walls, block work (if applicable), and masonry around column/beam interfaces.
2. Materials Used

Bricks: Standard first-class clay auto-bricks – sourced from approved vendors.

Mortar: Cement-sand mix in the specified ratio as per design mix.

Water: Clean, potable water used for mixing and curing.
3. Workmanship & Compliance
-
Bricks are properly soaked before use.

Verticality and alignment are checked regularly using plumb bobs and spirit levels.

Joints (horizontal and vertical) are maintained uniform as per specification (typically 10-12 mm).

Raking of joints (or pointing) is being done as required for subsequent plaster.
4. Quality Control

Random checks for brick strength and absorption are being carried out.

Mortar cubes are cast periodically for compressive strength testing.

Work is stopped where misalignment or poor bonding is observed, and corrective measures are taken.
5. Safety & Housekeeping
-
Scaffolding is secure for work at height (Level-6).

Workers are using safety belts and helmets where required.

Debris is removed daily and stored waste is disposed properly.
6. Current Status (as of today)
Approximately 25% of brick work on Level-6 is completed. Remaining walls are under progress and expected to be finished by 10/05/2026, weather and site conditions permitting.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, we aim to complete the brick works with quality, precision, and adherence to the project schedule.
