Subject: Declaration of compliance for Re-bar (Reinforcement Bar) fabrication works on the Mezzanine floor.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, we hereby declare the following with respect to the Re-bar fabrication works currently in progress at the Mezzanine floor of the “Chondrimay Nipobon” project:
- Compliance with Drawings: All re-bars are being fabricated strictly in accordance with the approved structural drawings (Drawing No: [Insert Number if available]) and bending schedules for the Mezzanine floor.
- Material Standard: The reinforcement bars used are of specified grades and diameters as required for the Mezzanine slab/beams. All materials are from approved sources/batches.
- Fabrication Quality: Cutting, bending, and shaping of the bars are being carried out by skilled workers. The dimensions, bend angles, and hook lengths meet the standard engineering practice and project specifications.
- Inspection Status: The fabricated bars are kept in designated areas pending inspection. Any rejected or damaged bars have been removed from stock.
- Cover and Spacing: Appropriate spacers, chairs, and cover blocks will be used during placement to maintain the required concrete cover as per design.
- Safety & Workmanship: All work is being performed with due diligence to safety standards and quality workmanship, seeking perfection in the structural integrity of the Mezzanine floor.
